Toni Wynette Pharm is a counselor, teacher, minister, speaker, and author who works with all women, in every season to live their lives in purpose, on purpose fearlessly!

The Counselor: Toni believes what authentically comes from heart, reaches the heart therefore she endeavors to make lasting heart connections with everyone she meets.  Toni has found great reward the last 5 years, working as a Community Counselor and Psychiatric Case Manager in a community support program with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.  Toni received extensive training in Person-Centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Crisis Intervention, and Motivational Interviewing. She holds a Masters of Art in Counseling from Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She is the founder and executive director of Heart to Heart Connections, This community based organization focuses on encouraging, equipping, and empowering women with various tools in order for them to be vital assets in their community and sphere of influence. As a 30 year survivor of sexual abuse, Toni founded Unsilenced, a support group that inspires women of abuse to break their silence, share their untold stories, and walk in freedom from stigma. She also founded Bessie’s Closet, a community closest that provides gently used clothing to women and children in need.

The Teacher: Toni spent over 13 years as a urban middle school teacher, program director, and school gospel choir director.  Although, she is no longer in the classroom, Toni still finds great pleasure in teaching small groups and workshops throughout the community.

The Minister: Toni also has over 25 years of ministerial experience. She has served in multiple   capacities as Youth Minister, Children’s Director, Teen Mentor, Associate Minister, Evangelism and Outreach Leader, Praise Team Leader, and she currently serves as the visionary and Senior Director of the women’s ministry, Flourish at World Outreach and Bible Training Center.   

The Speaker and Author: As a masterful storyteller, Toni enjoys using speaking opportunities to share her heartwarming journey to healing, wholeness, and fearlessness as well as the life-changing encounter with a loving Father…God! Toni inspires women everywhere to live out their God-ordained purpose intentionally fearless every day, by sharing from her recent published books, “A Father’s Love” and “#L.I.F.E Live Intentionally Fearless Everyday”.

Toni currently resides in Glendale, Wisconsin with her husband, four daughters, one granddaughter, and Jack Chi Luna.
